When do i make payments for my order?
All payments are expected within 5 days once we send you your order confirmation on the stock availability.

Do you accept exchange?
No, we do not allow exchange. Please make sure that the sizes are correct before purchase.

Do you allow refunds or returns?
No, we do not allow any form of refunds or returns.

Is the item going to be exactly like how I see it online when delivered?
For all fashion products including jewelry and accessories product images may differ from actual product due to different monitor and color settings.

SHIPPING

What are the shipping charges for local orders?
Paperclouds offer normal mail and registered mail for all local orders. Shipping time for items in-stock will take within 3-5 working days to deliver.

Normal Mail
All local mail postage will incur SGD$1.00 for any order within Singapore regardless of order quantity but please note Paperclouds shall not be responsible for any items lost in transition for this method of postage.

** Please note any order with bags will be posted with registered mail as the bags do not meet the maximum standard for normal mail.

Registered Mail
Any request for order to be send via registered mail will incur an additional SGD$2.80, registered mail is highly recommended as insurance will cover up to SGD$68 or the declared value of the item, whichever is lower.

Do you ship to international destinations?
International orders will be sent out from Singapore via Singapore Post, either with normal international airmail or international EMS service. Charges for international orders will vary depending on the type of shipping service required and weight. Actual shipping will be quoted based on order quantity and insurance is optional but recommended for normal airmail.

Customers would be notified of shipping time upon confirmation of shipping charges.
